JESUS PRAYER CHAPEL
(A family of Intercessors)
It began as a dream back in 1996. A dream that one day there would be a family of intercessors all over the five continents networking together with one voice, Lord we ask for the Nations. I humbly submit to co-workers and friends that JPC is deeply concerned that without well trained leadership in prayer, Intercessory, spiritual mapping, spiritual warfare, praise and worship etc., the church would fall into spiritual blindness towards the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Our passion is to see Christians with advanced training in this areas as to combat the cults, ‘isms’ and occults that would frustrate, attack the church and undermine the true gospel.
We are looking forward to see godly men and women committed to prayer as a tool and breaking the silence and start talking about prayer, think about prayer and preventing prayerlesness epidemic in out churches, homes, societies and out nations.
The dream continues and Jesus Prayer Chapel network keeps looking ahead. The needs are great and the ministry must grow to keep the fire of prayer burning. Our dream motivates us to face the 21st century with a vision and clear goals. It is also my sincere prayer that God may help us to keep this commission, walk in this commission and work in this commission.
This Gospel of the Kingdom of God has to be preached all over the world to accomplish the great commission bestowed upon us by our Lord Jesus Christ. (Mat. 28:19-20)
By all means the Gospel is to be supported by the prayers of the Saints. It is with this objective in mind that God touched Apostle Ameta’s heart in the year of the Lord 1997 and entrusted him with the burden of taking Nations back to God. Throughout the season, his wife Dorcas has been willing to support him by all means to reach our generation through prayers.
Although this efforts has been hard to be fulfilled they have always been relying on God for the supernatural openings and opportunities through teachings in different ministries.
Our vision is broad and we believe that the body of Christ should come up with a family of believers that is known as an “Intercessors Family”. This being a weapon and a gift to the body of Christ equipped with materials about Prayers, intercession, community transformation, Praise and Worship, Tools of Intercession, Spiritual warfare, Spiritual mapping, Prophetic prayer action e.tc so that believers worldwide can be equipped and live holy and victorious lives.
Since the Lord is ready to honor His word and accomplish what He has began in our lives, the cry of our hearts has been “OH LORD GIVE US THE NATIONS”.
I have a strong conviction in my heart that the Lord would like to give us Nation, Tongues, Tribes, Communities and millions of souls when we ask for them. The Lord says, He is ready to listen and answer the fervent prayers of a righteous man. What about
Prayers of two or more righteous men?
The Scriptures disclose that God is ready to save a city or a nation or any people group if only righteous men will be found in it; just as Abraham asked God,” what will happen to Sodom and Gomorrah if only ten righteous men would be found in it?.” God’s answer was amazing, “I will not destroy it”. (Gen: 18: 32).
The Lord has deposited a strategy in my spirit for taking the Nations back to Him in these last days. The Bible says it’s not good to have zeal without knowledge or haste and miss the way. (Proverbs 19: 2). In response we need to train and equip believers and give them a chance to go out and reach the unreached people groups with the gospel.
Jesus Prayer Chapel is the beginning of world wide prayer revival campaign missions. It is an “Altar” for producing quality results, which aims at integrity in prayer anointing, holiness and Righteous living.
OUR STRATEGIES
- Our strategies are to increase leadership with effective Christian follow up, discipleship, social action and multiplication
This ministry looks forward to reaching the entire world by laying its targets as outlined below:-
(a) Restoration of the five folds ministries
(b) Encouragement of believers
(c) Building up of prayer altars in every town, city and nation
(d) Eliminating the rampant attitude of compromising believers and restoring them to the truth
ACTIVITIES OF JESUS PRAYER CHAPEL
The activities of this ministry mainly involve believers of all age and other prayer groups coming together for fellowship. These activities are co-ordinate from our ministry base in Athi River as the base of operation, to the uttermost parts of the world. Other Christian organizations who have sound biblical background, sound doctrine helpful ideas and the love of God that desires to take the Gospel to the unreached are also allowed being part of what God is doing in our generation.
Jesus Prayer Chapel is the beginning of the world revival campaign missions. It is an “ALTAR’ for producing quality results which aims at integrity in prayer, holiness and righteous living. This being a gift to the body of Christ it is reaching out to:
(a) Schools, Colleges and Universities missions.
(b) Inter-denominational church missions
(c) Crusades and campaigns for Jesus missions
(d) Adventures and Retreat missions
(e) Love and compassion missions (f) Schools of prayer Missions

We give God all the Glory and Honor. So far the achievements of the Ministry are promising. We have been able to share our vision with several Christian Organizations and they have always offered to pray in our favor. We have been able to come into contact and participate in prayer meetings in East, Central and South African countries. Malaysia Thailand and Hongkong are also affected by our ministry. This has given us ample opportunity to interact and exercise the God – given gifts of which we return glory to God in the service we are in.
CONCLUSION

This is the far the Lord has brought us “without a vision people perish, in the same way without a people a vision perish”. It is only today we can build a better tomorrow for the body of Christ, let us join and serve together in the works of the ministry. We trust God will stand with us and all the other ministries in raising our hands and “ASK FOR THE NATIONS”.
By God’s grace, we are looking forward to start Christian based income generating projects to support more missions and the unprivileged in to the societies as soon as our resources build up.
